These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Quiz Rush developer ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Quiz Rush: 10 Second Trivia mobile application ("App") available on Google Play.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

Quiz Rush uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. No email address, password, or personal account is required to play. A unique anonymous user ID is automatically generated when you first launch the App. This ID is stored locally on your device and in our cloud database to save your progress.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. If you uninstall the App or clear app data, your local user ID may be lost, and your cloud progress may no longer be accessible. We are not responsible for lost progress due to device changes, uninstallation, or data clearing.
Coins are the virtual currency used within Quiz Rush. Coins can be:
⚠️ Important: Coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real money or any other consideration.
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's terms of service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact Google Play support directly.
We reserve the right to modify coin prices, the cost of power-ups, and the availability of purchasable items at any time without prior notice.
Quiz Rush contains optional rewarded advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ads are never forced — you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards (streak saves, bonus coins, power-ups). We do not display interstitial or banner ads that interrupt gameplay.
Ad content is provided by Google and its advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it via AdMob's reporting mechanism.
Your display name (or "Player" by default) and quiz scores may be displayed on public leaderboards visible to all users. By submitting a score to the leaderboard, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your display name and score within the App.
You agree not to use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate display names. We reserve the right to remove or modify any display name that violates these Terms without notice.
Leaderboard scores are only submitted for clean rounds (no power-ups used). Attempting to manipulate scores through unauthorized means is grounds for account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without refund of any purchased coins.
The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, code, quiz questions, sounds, and all other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Quiz Rush name, logo, and icon are our proprietary marks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Quiz questions are curated for educational and entertainment purposes. Questions are based on publicly known facts and general knowledge; they do not infringe any third-party rights.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and will be available in the App's Settings screen.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
